Spiritual education in Christian tradition involves not only intensive Bible classes under a proficient faculty, but also a practical ministry experience for each student and the development of sound discipline in the student’s personal life.  For the accomplishment of the last goal, the CGD requires that each student, as a condition of his or her admission, agree to the following for the duration of their enrollment: 

To live in a spirit of good campus citizenship, showing consideration and respect for the personal freedom and rights of others. 

To observe with special care the following standards of personal behavior, whether or not the student agrees with the CGD as to the relation of these things to a consecrated Christian life. 

To refrain from the use or possession of alcoholic beverages, tobacco, narcotics and hallucinogenic drugs, and from gambling. 

To exercise mature Christian judgment in regard to reading matter, movies and other forms of entertainment, taking into consideration the standards of the scriptures. 

“Therefore, Come out from among them and be separate, says the Lord.  Do not touch what is unclean, and I will receive you.  I will be a Father to you and you shall be My sons and daughters, says the LORD Almighty.  Therefore, having these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.” (II Cor.6:17 –7:1)
